As expected, Judge Kacsmaryk has ruled mifepristone illegal, ignoring every scrap of science and law to impose the will of the anti-abortion movement. Mark Gordon (R) late Friday signed into law a ban on abortion pills, as the state adopted what appears to be the nation’s first such state law.
